Personalized Power Zone Performance Charts

We’re pleased to announce the full availability of all Power Zone features for the Domestiq App for Peloton. Like all of the current features, these best-in-class Power Zone search and visualization tools are free-to-use for all!

If you’re a Peloton rider, Power Zone training is one of the most effective ways to improve your overall fitness because every workout is tailored to you and your abilities. Peloton has an excellent blog article about Power Zone training if you’d like to learn more.

Not a power zone rider? No problem! Domestiq is still the only way to create Class Lists containing your favorite workouts that can be pushed directly to your Peloton Stack - Think of them as allowing you to have an unlimited number of bookmark lists and use them to organize and categorize any number of classes. Too much trouble?! Workout Wizards use simple rules you define to generate personalized workouts that can be pushed to your Peloton Stack on demand.

These features are the foundation for our Power Zone support:

No-Click Access to Power Zone Details - Everything you need to know about a Power Zone ride is front and center! In addition to the ride profile, the Training Stress Score (TSS) and Zone distribution are presented in the description:

It’s all there. All the time!
The Power Zone Search Tool - Use the Power Zone Search Tool to search for individual zones, set minimum-only or min/max ranges for TSS, time-in-zone, or count of intervals in a specified zone. These controls allow you to find exactly the right class to meet your Power Zone training goals. For example, find all of the rides with a TSS between 30 and 40 that spend at least 20 minutes in Zone 2. You can even use a combination of Search Tags and the Power Zone Search Tool for even more complex queries, like finding all of the Zone 2-only rides with a TSS of 25 or higher!

PRO TIP You don’t have to select the “Cycling” discipline when you are using the Power Zone Search Tool. Similarly, you do not need to create a search tag for “power zone” or its variants as they are also implied.

Your FTP History - Domestiq automatically tracks the history of your FTP test rides and provides a way to introduce manual FTP entries to recognize FTP tests taken outside of Peloton. Functional Threshold Power (FTP) is the highest output a rider can maintain over an hour. To determine your FTP, you can take one of Peloton’s 20 minute FTP Test rides:
